Distribution schedule
Teosto distributes royalties to rightholders five times a year:
June
- Performing right royalties from national radio and television stations, Finnish Broadcasting Company Yle's local radios, movie theaters, concerts, other events and background music for performances during the previous year.
- Performing right royalties from commercial radio stations and major concerts for performances during the previous year between July 1st and December 31st.
- Performing right royalties received from abroad.
- Mechanical right royalties for the previous year between July 1st and December 31st.
- Royalties from online area.
September
- Royalties from online area.
October
- Performing right royalties received from abroad.
December
- Performing right royalties received from abroad.
- Performing right royalties from commercial radio stations and major concerts for performances between January 1st and June 30th.
- Mechanical right royalties between January 1st and June 30th.
- Royalties from online area.
- Private Copying compensation.
March
- Royalties from online area.
