Cultural ambassadors

In 2009, Teosto launched the Cultural Ambasadors project, which is still going strong. Its aim is to bring together political decisionmakers and music authors.
In this project, professional music authors can get their voice heard and acquaint an MP from their region to the work and averyday life of musicians.
MPs in every electoral district can be appointed a cultural ambassador if they so wish to discuss current issues in the creative sector. The cultural ambassadors thus form a link between copyright administration, politics and music authors’ everyday lives.
