Event Licence Reporting Service Has Been Updated
Teosto’s online service for music users has been partially renewed. In the future, reporting music usage and participant information for events organised with an Event Licence will be smoother.
The online service for Event Licence customers has been renewed. After the update, information affecting the invoicing of events organised with an Event Licence will be reported in the new section of Teosto’s online service.
This information includes
- type(s) of music use
- whether the event is ticketed
- ticket revenue,
- number of attendees.
The service will update automatically for all Event Licence customers, and customers do not need to take any special actions to start using the new service.
A new look that is more modern and clearer – the service guides you through the reporting process
The renewal of the Event Licence reporting service is part of Teosto’s online service modernisation project. Because the service is extensive and there are numerous usage contexts, the renewal will be implemented in stages. As a result, some customers may temporarily use both the old and the new online service, which have different views.
The renewed Event Licence service is clearer and more logical than the old one. The reporting service is also designed to guide the user forward throughout the process.
Like before, the service will only be available in Finnish. We’re looking into the possibility of launching an English version of the service. You can find screenshots and examples of use cases (in Finnish) from our Finnish website.
