Notifications concerning the new AI-related category of rights will be made by the creators of works. Publishers will not need to give separate consent for the works they publish. However, a publisher may give separate consent concerning adaptation rights on behalf of a creator, or give advance notification of the removal of the AI-related category of rights before the change to the membership agreement takes effect.
