In the menus below you will find Teosto’s reporting and application forms as well as terms and conditions. Most of the services for music authors and publishers are on our web service. The web service is used, among other things, for notifications of works and performances, registration of publishing contracts, maintenance of personal data, invoicing and complaints.

If you are sending us documents containing your personal data, please send the documents (sign documents requiring a signature) to us in PDF format or as good quality photographs by using encrypted Securedmail at securedmail.eu/message/omateosto@teosto.fi. Give your message a subject heading that says what it is about and attach any documents. PLEASE NOTE! After you have sent the Securedmail form, you will receive an email from turvaposti@turvaposti.fi with the subject “Vahvista turvapostin toimitus” (Confirm the delivery of Securedmail). Click on the link in the message to confirm the sending of the form.

Submit the signed forms to our customer service either as a PDF file or as high-quality photos by using the secure Turvaposti email at turvaposti.fi/viesti/omateosto@teosto.fi. Give your message the subject line of the selected taxation model and attach the documents. PLEASE NOTE!
