Temporary issues affecting web service’s works seach, deadline for reporting performances and filing claims postponed
There was a temporary problem in the international works database, which caused errors in the general works search of Teosto’s web service. A preliminary fix has been implemented to the error in the international works database. However, we can’t rule out the possibility of issues over the weekend.
To ensure that performances get reported and claims filed despite the fault, we have postponed the deadline for both until the end of next week. The new deadline is 8 February.

- Submit work notifications, i.e. register your new works in an international database of works
- Make a complaint if you notice an error in the payment made to you
- Add your revised tax info for withholding taxes on royalties

- Make changes to the announcement of works (only unpublished works)
- See breakdowns of your distributions: how much and for what period you have received royalties
- In the general work search, browse your own and others’ works and their author information
- Take your works into self-administration
- Report live and livestreamed performances of your works in Finland and abroad (gigs, concerts, other events)
